Professional and relevant work experience	More than 13 years of experience in the field of mental health and social work in developmental and psychosocial interventions, case management, and counselling for individuals and families with comorbidities issues that are affected by disabilities, addiction, depression, violence & trauma. Practise wholistic intervention in school settings, providing counselling and consultation to students, teachers and parents. Actively involved in facilitating training for parents and educators in the belief that parents and educators need to be empowered with practical knowledge in the principles of behaviour & emotional management as well as communication skills to understand their children and adolescents better. Inclined towards the fundamentals of family system approach, journeying with families deemed dysfunctional in order to experience greater outcome in the therapeutic process.
Target group	Children, teens, adults and families affected by violence, addiction, depression, trauma, identity, marital & relationship issues.
