Professional and relevant work experience	Counselling children and adults with social, emotional and behavioural concerns from diverse cultural backgrounds. Volunteer in mental health support via call and text helpline and online counselling sessions. Presenter in webinars on topics related to mental health and well-being, stress management, parenting, motivation, work life balance and developing health habits for public and corporate organizations.
Target group	Adults and children, affected by social, emotional and behavioral concerns, which includes stress, depression, anxiety, anger, grief & loss, low self-esteem, social and relationship issues and decision making.
