Professional and relevant work experience	Supervision of undergraduates in counselling attachments. Counselling and guidance to children with behavioral issues. Deliver talks and conduct workshops on career guidance, special needs and motivation in schools, churches and to the public. Lecturer in Psychology. Columnist in Sin Chew Daily, Negeri Sembilan on mental health and special needs education awareness.
Target group	Children with learning difficulties and social interaction issues, teenagers and adults with stress, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, challenges in study and career issues.
